Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and zs999a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any portion of the zs999a platform at zs999a.org, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zs999a platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

zs999a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notification displayed upon login. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a zs999a account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide valid CNIC or alternative government-issued identification confirming your date of birth.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of zs999a or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a zs999a account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered under any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.

zs999a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the prescribed period may have withdrawals suspended and services restricted until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) zs999a account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your zs999a account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and a valid email address.
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
3. Select a strong, unique password for your account and keep it strictly confidential. zs999a will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
4. Notify zs999a immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
5. Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, including any transactions and bets placed, whether or not authorised by you.

zs999a reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to returning any verified balance attributable to the affected player where required by applicable regulations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on zs999a are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed on the platform, which include EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Retail OTC channels.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Deposits via EasyPaisa and JazzCash are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. zs999a is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own infrastructure.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. zs999a does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered under the account holder's own verified identity.
• Fully KYC-verified accounts are eligible for same-business-day withdrawal processing. Accounts with pending verification steps may experience delays of up to five (5) business days.
• zs999a reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it deems unusual, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to an active game session. Players are advised to verify deposit amounts before confirming any transaction.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

The following general bonus conditions apply unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly at the point of offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• zs999a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to void any bonus credited as a result of a technical error.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who have opted in to responsible gaming deposit limits or self-exclusion programmes are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during any active restriction period.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on zs999a are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular game or market.

General betting and gaming rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. zs999a does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where a game or market is voided due to a technical error on the platform's part.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, zs999a's server records constitute the authoritative record of all bets placed and outcomes achieved. zs999a is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and T20 World Cup fixtures — are subject to the specific settlement rules displayed within the sports betting section. Markets may be voided if a match is abandoned, postponed beyond the declared settlement window, or if the result is subject to official review by the relevant cricket board.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zs999a platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform component. Any winnings generated through an identified exploit are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, rummy, or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing zs999a staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any portion of the zs999a platform, its games, or its content without explicit written authorisation.

Responsible Gaming

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zs999a platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use the zs999a brand name, logo, or trade dress in any public communication without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of zs999a intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs999a and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zs999a platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, zs999a specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from platform use.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate device or account security.
• Losses attributable to events outside zs999a's reasonable control, including payment provider outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, zs999a's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zs999a may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or reputational harm to the platform.
• Regulatory changes require the platform to restrict services in your jurisdiction.
• You have failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the prescribed period.

Upon account termination, any verified, unencumbered balance attributable to the affected player (i.e., excluding bonus funds and funds subject to active fraud investigation) will be returned to the player via the most recently verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms are governed by international gaming licence regulations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zs999a's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
